The Friendship Force of Central North Carolina is located in the Triad area of the state.  This is the Piedmont (from Latin, meaning "foot of the mountain) - located not far from the Blue Ridge Mountains and a short drive to the Atlantic coast.  As you may guess, the Triad is known for three cities: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point.  We invite you to learn more about the Triad and our surrounding area - our history, industry, culture, and recreation.
